ISAR Training - Tornado strike of government building

This exercise was to simulate a tornado strike of a government building during normal business hours.  Teams needed to assess collapsed structure, use FEMA building markings, conduct a hasty search, document victims, & correctly relay info to IC via mobile radios.  Several different agencies joined our teams for this unique exercise.
